Options

Overview

Set options related to the editor's display window such as grid settings and background.

Parameter

Grid Color

Specify the color of the grid.

Grid Visibility

Specify whether to display the grid or not.

X-Y Grid Visibility

Specify whether to display the grid on the XY plane.

X-Z Grid Visibility

Specify whether to display the grid on the XZ plane.

Y-Z Grid Visibility

Specify whether to display the grid on the YZ plane.

Grid Size

Specify the size of the grid.

Light Direction

Specify the direction of the light that illuminates the model when displaying the model.

Light Color

Specify the color of the light.

Ambient Color

Specify the color of ambient light.

Output Magnification

This is a parameter that previews the enlargement that would be applied if you were to change the magnification ratio during final export to an "*.efk" file. When this parameter is set, the effect is displayed at its scaled size.

Output FPS

This is a parameter that reproduces the effect of changing the FPS in your external tool or game engine. When this parameter is set, FPS is changed and displayed.

Coordinate System

This is a parameter that reproduces the effect of changing the coordinate system in your external tool or game engine. When this parameter is set, the coordinate system is changed and displayed.

Color Space

This is a parameter that reproduces the appearance if you were to change the color space and play the effect in your external tool or game engine. There are gamma space and linear space options for the color space.

In Unity and other recent game engines, you can change the color space. Set this parameter according to the color space you plan to use in your external game engine. Please check the description of each game engine etc. for the details of the color space itself. Effekseer's color space is gamma space by default.

Mouse Mapping

Specify how to control the viewpoint with the mouse. There are options like Effekseer, Maya, Unity, and Blender.

Mouse Rotation (X)

Specify the rotation direction of the mouse.

Mouse Rotation (Y)

Specify the rotation direction of the mouse.

Mouse Panning (X)

Specify the slide direction of the mouse.

Mouse Panning (Y)

Specify the slide direction of the mouse.

Font

Specify a kind of fonts.

Font size

Specify the size of font.

Float Format Digits

Controls displayed amount of digits after decimal points for floating point numbers.

Auto Save Interval

Defines interval at which auto saves of the edited projects are performed. See Recovering Data
